Microenterprise exemption
BFSG/EAA exemption for service providers with fewer than 10 staff AND ≤ €2M turnover. Services only — not products.
The EAA and BFSG exempt microenterprises that provide services — fewer than 10 persons and annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding €2M — from the service obligations.
The exemption does not apply to products, and it falls away as you grow. Check your situation with the applicability check.
