A published statement of how a service meets accessibility requirements. Required for most covered shops.
Most operators covered by the BFSG must publish information on how their service meets the accessibility requirements (§ 14 BFSG, Anlage 3): a description of the service, the conformance status, a feedback contact, and the competent market-surveillance authority.
